Turn what you no longer wear into someone else's opportunity.
FIX$ EQUIP™ connects donors of lightly used professional attire with young adults, job seekers, students, veterans, and career-transition participants who need appropriate clothing for interviews, internships, presentations, and employment. Not a thrift store — a dignified, community-supported professional-readiness program.
EQUIP donations, requests, and matching are included with FIX$ Pro and FIX$ Gov.

How it works
Donor lists attire
A retired professional or neighbor lists a suit, blazer, dress, or shoes — with size, condition, and an optional story.
Partner hub reviews
A trusted college, workforce agency, church, or nonprofit reviews the listing and accepts the item.
Inspected and prepared
Hubs and sanctioned dry cleaners and tailors clean, alter, and catalogue each piece.
Matched by size and need
An eligible participant is matched privately — donors never see names, participants never see addresses.
Private fitting or pickup
The participant collects the item at the hub, with tailoring where it's available.
Impact recorded in FIX$
Placements and outcomes are measured separately from spend-based scoring.
Current high-priority needs
Men's sizes 38–42, women's blazers, dress shoes, and interview accessories are always in demand.
What EQUIP measures
